They have moved.

 

Go to the VIP section then scroll down to "Rewards for you" then scroll to the left until you see them.

Cant find 2x free Vue cinema tickets in the my sky app ?

1st June and I cant find the 2 free Vue cinema tickets in the My Sky App ?

Anyone else experiencing this ?

Hi @Mike379  open my sky, go to vip tab, rewards for you and swipe horizontally and you should find it.

No Free Vue tickets on Sky VIP app

Why is the SKY APP not showing me my free Vue tickets!?!?!?

 

Also almost 4 weeks since I have had no satalite signal on my Sky Q box but I'm still paying for it. Sky you need to reimburse me for the loss of service and for the loss of my free vue tickets this month if it's not fixed.

That will be because they have moved. so go to the VIP section then scroll down to "Rewards for you" then scroll to the left until you see them.

It  seems more. confusing now to access the codes as not immediately visible,  and took me a while to realise how to  find  them . You go to "Rewards for you section"  in the VIP app and then scroll to the right and on my app it was they  next one along..

I had the same issue but it appears they have moved thenm go in my sky vip ....go to rewards for you.....scroll right to left .....you should find them there

Hey Everyone 

 

Just wanted to clear up some confusion surrounding Vue cinema tickets.

They're available in the VIP area of your MySky app.

In the VIP area, some rewards—such as your Vue cinema tickets—appear under the Rewards For You section.

From there, swipe across to view all rewards available to you.
