When changing the way you access something like the free Vue tickets on the app, why don't you a) communicate this change better with instructions as to how to find them from x date and b) think how easier the process could have been if directional arrows had been added to the top tile, indicating it could be moved.
It hasn't been well-thought through given the number of people posting on here unable to find them.
It's like when the new front screen was added onto Sky Box Office. Unless you use voice control you have an endless scroll down to find the option to access your purchases and not everyone likes voice control. It seems user friendliness is an alien concept. Not just Sky Store but on the Glass Home Screen it is baffling why the Search and Settings options are so far down the screen. It would be better if they were at the top near the Playlist options etc.
I like Glass and like Sky, so I'm very much hoping this is taken as constructive criticism. That's all it's intended to be.
