@Sally1997 No problem. I do think Sky could have done more to make customers aware that you can scroll the tiles horizontally, like putting direction arrows on the tile/under it like the top part of the screen. 

Not very user friendly, like so much of Sky's set up.

Where have the codes gone for the sky cinema tickets?

Go to the VIP section then scroll down to "Rewards for you" then scroll to the left until you see them.

I am swiping left but out of my 7 reward tiles none are for vue. Dont have broadband but do have sky and sky cinema so I should have them but they are not on the app so don't have the broadband tile on my app. 

My only rewards are prizes to enter.

@HenessyLake @SC1960 Make sure you do this exactly:

1. Open the My Sky app and select the VIP tab in the bottom right. The star icon will turn into a solid blue star.

2. Scroll down to the Rewards For You section.

3. Place your finger on the first tile and scroll to the left. The Vue tickets will be the fourth or fifth tile:
