Vue Cinema Tickets not showing

I reinstalled the app. Then they were there. Long though.

They have moved so go to the VIP section then scroll down to "Rewards for you" then scroll to the left until you see them.

Gone in to my sky, vip, to get the codes for vue cinema tickets but nothing showing up today?

Have a read of my post above yours, if they are still not showing then make sure your app is up to date as I believe the last update was dated 22 May.

Since the update a week or so ago the tickets have been moved so go to the VIP section then scroll down to "Rewards for you" then scroll to the left until you see them.

I've just reinstalled the sky app, and the vue cinema tickets still not showing up for June. Anyone else have this problem? Thanks

@Chrissy3 @Farmerswife1 Go back a page to 14 and read my post (203 of 219) with step by step instructions about how to find them. They are there, just well hidden.

It was very well hidden, and it wasn't there before I Reinstalled the app.

Ive spent 48 mins , 5 departments,  vue tkts are not " populating" at the moment, i will be credited £20 this month

@Chrissy3 Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling the My Sky app and then trying the step by step process I outline on page 14 of this thread, post no. 203?

There was an update back on the 22nd May which is why you are seeing it since you installed the app again.
