Vue Cinema Tickets not showing

I have done all this and the still arnt on my sky app ... can't talk to anyone on chat bot ... is there a delay in them.being posted

Have you found it as I can find it anywhere in vip please

I have done all of that and still not on my app have never had an issue before but wanted to use them and they arnt there at all please help

@Char1813 Mine were available on 1 June as they should have been.

You could try and uninstall and reinstall of the My Sky app then try the following:

1. Open the My Sky app and select the VIP tab (the blue star in the screenshot below)

2. Scroll down to the Rewards for You section:

 

 

3. Put your finger on the Sky Broadband tile and scroll to the left. The Vue tile will be the fourth or fifth one along:

So you have gone to the VIP section @Char1813 and scrolled down to "rewards for you" and then moved the tiles to the left ?

@Char1813 Try doing it exactly how I explain. They are there and you do have a Rewards For You - see my screenshots.

I can't explain it any clearer. Others have followed my instructions exactly and found them. (Just checking - you are subscribed to Sky Cinema still?)

For those having difficulty finding them:

1. Open the My Sky app and click on the VIP tab in the bottom right - the star will be solid blue if you do this.

2. Scroll down to the Rewards for You section:

3. Put your finger on the Sky Broadband tile, hold and scroll left. The Vue tickets are the fourth or fifth tile as you scroll horizontally:

Finally found them but had to keep going in and out as wasn't showing. I use them all the time so it wasn't like I didn't k is where to find them
