Vue Cinema Tickets not showing

Hi Sarah,

The cinema tickets are not showing, both in rewards or rewards for you. Very frustrating.  I ve uninstall and reinstalled the app to no avail. Is this something that needs to be raised to a technical department?

My tickets for June are not in the app - not by scrolling left and right through the tiles at the top, nor by scrolling down through the tiles on the page. Secomd month running this has happened.

Mine were not showing either,  but they popped up after a while, keep trying, mine were in the rewards for you section and I scrolled right to get them.

Just deleted app for the third time and reinstalled. Found my tickets! Went into VIP into my rewards scrolled from right to left and they have suddenly appeared. Obviously a new design!

@A1an Go to the VIP section of the My Sky app, then go to this section:

 

Put your finger on the first tile (Sky Broadband) and scroll to the left. Your Vue tickets will be there - mine were.

Thank you for the information. I tried that but it only had a few other offers such as the 'Beverly Hills Cop free sky commends cinema movie' (which was on sky last night anyway 🤔)

The tickets are usually at the bottom of the VIP section with a clear 'here are your tickets' type of header but they seem to take longer each month to arrive and are not there still at this time. Thank you for the advice however, I appreciate it.

Contacted Sky who say its a global issue and they are working on it 🙃

I'm the same spoke to Sky Customer Services about June tickets for Vue and was told their is a technical problem and Sky are working on it. I was given a credit onto my Cinema subscription for not being able to access the tickets. But later realised this does not cover the cost of two standard tickets anyway? I was told to reload the app which I have done and no change.

@A1an Have you definitely gone into the VIP section of the app before you try scrolling left? You have to be in the VIP tab for it to work. 

Only checking because my Vue tickets were there on 1 June as they should have been.

They have now arrived. Thank you for your help. 

I always go into the VIP section but they aren't always there at the beginning of the month strangely.

@A1an It's just Sky deciding to change where they can be accessed without considering if it was a change they had to make or what they could have done to communicate the change better. My view is that first tile should have arrows on it to indicate it can be moved horizontally.

The tickets have moved as explained in this discussion so to find them go to the VIP section then scroll down to "Rewards for you" then scroll to the left until you see them.

@Airfix1 Try opening the My Sky app, going to the VIP tab, going down to the Rewards for You section:

 

Place your finger on the Sky Broadband tile and scroll left. The Vue tickets are there and were there from 1 June. It seems Sky call centre staff are as much in the dark about the change as some customers:
