Sky website not working

I have had an email telling me my sim is increasing and to contact them if you don't want to go ahead with the deal. I can't go on the website and get this message '

Unfortunately, we can't complete your order online

Please call 0818 904 **** for assistance.

This number does not work and I want to contact someone about my deal. Does anyone have a contactg that works?

The standard free number to call Sky on from a mobile that has a Sky sim in it is just 150 and when you do stay silent when asked anything by the bot.
