It can take up to a few hours to be contacted via this.

When the chat bubble does appear you have 48 hours to respond or it will be automatically closed. This isn't a live chat so replies are not instant.

Then try again to login to the app.

I was on the chat all day and still hadn't made it through verification - this is very time consuming and inefficient. I would appreciate it if I could get a call with someone to get this rectified. I am paying for a service I am not receiving.
