My Netflix app work intermittently on our main tv.

We regularly can't get Netflix on our main tv and devices. We log on but we never get past the main title page. We wondered if this was linked to the fact that we have to reset the link to the internet on the main SkyQ box nearly everyday. Could you help or do we need to speak to an advisor?
