Thank you for your answer.  Why has the Sky TV guide been discontinued?

If I was to guess, i'd say cost cutting and/or lack of users

I think the word 'Apathy', could also be added to your reply.

Nope, I'm happy with the wording I posted, no need to add anything

Re: Sky TV Guide Website https://www.sky.com/tv-guide/

  I used the RadioTimes listings for the first time today & it was okay. It did take a bit longer than usual due to its layout, plus it was my first go. I have done some filtering of channels so I only see what I want, but I think I could do some more. That will also help. I like that it lets you know if a programme is a repeat, but it doesn't seem to show if a programme is new.

  Thanks to @Rustyfrog for pointing this site out.

Another vote here for the return of the online TV Guide.  It was my main, and quickest, way to see what was on.

Not too far in the future Freeview / broadcast TV will end thus there will be no need for any TV Guides

Even my 80 yo mum does not watch live TV any more. Broadcast TV is so 1900's 🙂

@Mr+Ripley

Sky won't take away the satellite dishes, you can rest easy there.

Thats because ownership of the dish transfers to the householder so is their property.

I found an old 'squarial' in the back of one of my sheds a few years ago. Kept in case BSB wanted it back.😀

With that in mind, if we can no longer receive sat. signals/tv, mine is going in the bin!
