Netflix issue

We seem to have signed in to Netflix using my sisters account and now it's not working but can't log out and therefore can't use our own Netflix account - can anyone advise?

It's all sorted but we did have to ring Netflix! Even though they had told me last night it was a sky issue!

Good evening I'm having a problem getting on my Netflix not been able to watch it since last night.

Please how did you resolve this? I have same issue, mine was a wrong email, i added .com.com and now i cant acces the email and i contacted Neflext they saidi should contact sky as the account s through sky.

Unfortunately that advice from Netflix is incorrect. If the issue is with your Netflix account Sky don't have access to that only Netflix do. What you need to do is ask Netflix to unlink your Sky account with your Netflix account that has the incorrect email address, and then you can create a new netflix account with the correct email and link your Sky account to that.
