Got mine today.Staff told me   apparently the secret is to hold the phone still at the tills.We have all been doing that every week,like i said eariler it's pot luck.

Well, I'm terrified of using these vouchers now. Have had no issues with any until last week when I tried to redeem one to get the muffins. When I scanned the barcode all the self serve tills crashed. Apparently happened twice earlier in the day. The staff were effing and blinding about these vouchers. Said they've had enough. Not sure I'm brave enough to try the next. Feel so sorry for the staff.

I can understand their frustration with the tills being down but they were lucky I was there half an hour before closing time. I wanted the ground to swallow me up. Didn't think I deserved being shouted at. I think she was store management as she said to her colleague she was constantly being called down to deal with voucher issues. I don't understand how it crashed the tills. I scanned it and it went through ok then the screen froze and a few seconds later all of the others did. I thought it might have been a software glitch but she said it happened with two other vouchers that day and she was proper peed off that the customers thought she was making it up to stop them getting free food. Not a happy lady and made me feel incredibly small.

You got shouted at? Oh dear sounds like the manager needs to calm down well  the company chose to do the promotion with sky and the manager needs to realise that tills can freeze with any coupons not just ones from sky @Liverbird52

Bac k to square one with the cheese twists the coupon didn't work kept saying coupon not accepted please pay another way.Now timed out so missed out again.

It's happened 3 months in a row I nearly ended up going jail over this I was so hungry and I walked for half an hour to get to Sainsbury's and the barcode just wouldn't scan and the manager in fallowfield called Lauren was being a right nasty woman I nearly punched her then I thought it's not worth going jail over 2 muffins
