Having problems with SkyVip. I’m getting emails telling me about deals, but app not working

Having problems with SkyVip. I’m getting emails telling me about deals, but app not working. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling but doesn't seem to help

If you have uninstalled then there isn't much more that you can do but out of interest what is actually happening as not working doesn't give us much to go on ?

It says

were really sorry but you can't join sky vip right now 

it could be because:

  • You're new to Sky and your services aren't set up yet.
  • Sky VIP isn't available with your package.
  • You're a Now TV customer, Sky VIP's only available to Sky customers.
  • You're in your 31-day cancellation period.
  • Your services are suspended due to a billing issue.
