Connection issues on app

My app is showing that I have a connection error between sky and my q box. I had an engineer who said that there is no issue with my connection and has never seen this error before. Has anyone else seen it and fixed it or should I just ignore it?

If your Sky Q box is working without any issue then just ignore it.
