MySky App shows blank tabs for "Home", "TV", and "Broadband". They used to eventually but now I just get a blank tab.
I can see all the information on website fine.
I've tried restarting the phone and reinstalling the app, but with no joy.
I'm only really interested in the account information.

The issue seems to be a conflict with my antivirus, the app only loads when my antivirus is disabled.

Thank you, yes I can see the information on the website, it is the app I'm having problems with.

Let them know what device and what operating system that you have.
