My Sky

I want to sign out of My Sky on an exes account as they're rolling data from my Piggybank. I have already changed the password on sky.com for Sky services.

@Mogdog20

Give this a try:

First change your password:

https://skyid.sky.com/resetpassword/

Then go to this link:

https://skyid.sky.com/authorise/manage

If you tick "Sky Apps" and then the remove button, then anyone using the Sky apps etc. using your credentials will have the previous auth token removed and will be forced to sign in again (using the new password only you know). Will mean people you want to use your ID will need to do the same, but will force whoever is using your previous details off!

You can sign out easily enough but if this ex has access to the same account then they will still have access to it.

@caesarome  I guess one possible workaround would be to cancel the sim if op is the account holder and the sim is out of contract?

@SKY1992bf

That would be one way but we do need @Mogdog20 to answer your question about who is the account holder.

Re: My Sky

Re: My Sky

How do I sign them out? They have the app on their device. I don't have the device that I want to sign out of.
