Poorly programmed web site

I'd like the SKY website dev team to see this, but there is no way to contact Sky directly; but I've seen other users ay they can flag post for Sky, so I'm hoping someone will.
MySky wanted my postcode, so I entered it, to be told it was not a valid postcode, which it was. But it was in lower case letters, putting Caps Lock on solved the issue. But this is really poor UX, if a text box expects caps only then the input needs to be converted to caps by the app. This is basic website coding.
Plus I had a popup, to sign an agreement, after I signed the agreement the popup kept appearing; again this is really poor UX design.

I understand everyone needs to earn, but QA testers should already have experience of good UX and how to test for it.

@gy99

This is not something that warrants being escalated to the Messaging Team on here which is what I think you're eluding to.

Re: Poorly programmed web site

OK, so how does one report UX/UI issues to Sky?
