My Sky app won't load. Says continue then error message

Url not found error message when trying to access mysky app. I can't access cinema tickets on vip

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more

@Evie16 

If you are using anything like a VPN try disabling it. If you are not using this then try deleting then installing the app again.

Thanks very much.  VPN was the issue I  think. When I went back in, it loaded, albeit very slowly
