MY Sky App - showing as not autherised to access & also can not get any order to go through

For some reason My Sky app no longer lets me use on my IPhone 14.  I can log in on line, & when I try to put an order through it will not acknowledge.  Any ideas ?

Are you using anything like a VPN if so try disabling it.
