My Sky App still not working. What's going on at Sky. Surely this should be fixed by now ?

Mine still not working either emailed sky got this reply Thursday
"I apologise for the inconvenience caused to you.
I would like to inform you that there is ongoing issue with the Sky App and we currently investigating on it and you will receive an update once the issue is resolved.
I request you to kindly wait until the issue is fixed."
When will that be sky?????

Contacted sky technical department. They are aware of this problem and are working to correct it. Seems Samsung done an upgrade to the Samsung system and it arose from that. So I've been informed by SKY.

So Sky are working on it..?? Doesn't help much - we had VIP admission tickets booked for the Simply Red concert - when this was rescheduled we took the time to cancel those (as we're asked to do so that they're available to anyone on a waiting list...), but now can't get into the system to rebook as "the page cannot be found...!" And to add insult to injury, now informed that prices are going up...!! I can see that Sky are going to be getting a very irate phone call from me in the near future...!

It's very poor the lack of apparent commitment from Sky to get this sorted, they can't even be bothered to put an updated message on to say they're "working on it". I'm due a Sky Q upgrade next week but seriously worried about committing to another term if this the way problems are being treated

Hi,
When I go the My Sky app which I've downloaded on my iPhone nothing seems to happen. It just shows the word Sky on the screen.
How do I get it to work as I would like to use Sky VIP?

I have reported this issue more than once and the 'resolved this week' response has been proven not to be the case. The app will still not load despite uninstall, reboot, reinstall etc etc. It stalls on the splash screen 'personalising your experience. I am using an OPPO Find X2 Pro phone model CPH2025 with Color OS Version V11 with Android V11.
The app used to work on this phone but has not been functional for many, many months and still does not work.

If you have and iPad or iPhone which does not support iOS 14 then none of apps work , lol well thought out sky , peanuts ???

When I open MySky app it says "let's get you setup" then opens login page for the Sky site in web browser. Put in name and password and gets into my account but on the web browser, not the app. If I cancel that page abd go back to app it starts the same process all over again. I'm on a new iPhone 13.

Just been on to tech help went through multiple things to get on but she admitted that because both iPhone and iPad only support iOS 12 then would not be able to access apps .

31st March and a brand new phone so no legacy problems from an old phone which could be causing a problem - 'My Sky' app still does not work. None of the suggested fixes has made any difference.

30th March - I am getting ahead of myself in my previous post. Perhaps it is frustration with the non-functioning app.

I think you need to turn off private relay (beta) in your hone settings. this just worked for me

I don't have private relay. I am not trying to open the app behind a vpn either. The app worked perfectly on my phone then simply stopped loading. Thanks for the suggestion.
