My Sky app not working

My Sky app not letting me log onto it all it comes up with is The Page you're looking for cannot be found. When I sign in and go to see your rewards it just says head to My Sky app which then asks me to download the My Sky app. I have deleted the sky app and reinstalled it turned IPad & iPhone off to reinstall and still the same problem.My Sky app.jpg

Same problem here. Done all the usual tricks - delete app reboot phone reinstalled app. Same result 👎🤬

I'm having the same issue. Deleted the app, reinstalled it, attempted to log in, then advised that the page I'm looking for cannot be found.

Thought I was going mad with exactly the same problem. I wondered if the servers had gone down or something. I reinstalled twice and same message as everyone else. 
The first time I tried to login it said I'd used a different email to purchase sky glass with and told me my new username was going to be my actual username. Funny thing was I haven't even ordered sky glass.

I had exactly the same issues, I called Sky initially as I thought the Sky Glass order error may be a fraud issue. Sky checked my account when I called on Friday and they had no knowledge of other customers with the error on the Sky Glass,  I was told to delete the app and reinstall I did manage to get back in on Saturday but it has reverted back to the page cannot be found.

I am also experiencing the same issue when launching My Sky app on android s20, page cannot be displayed.

Tried uninstalling restarting, reinstalling, didn't work

Hard reboot didn't work

Older version install just asks me to update.

Same issue here not working - is it to do with latest update on iPhone?? 
pay for service you don't actually get! 🤬 deleted app & now will not let me install again just getting error message like described  

when are sky going to get this fixed?

I don't think it is as it is working on my iphone.

 

This is a known issue that is being reported by others, so what you need to do is to send an email and that image to the apps team at Sky via this email address - apps@sky.uk


Make sure you include your make of phone and the operating system it is using.

At present this has not been fixed.

I had this same issue, I thought it was fraud  as I haven't ordered Sky Glass. Deleted the app and now get page cannot be found. Not sure if it's to do with the recent IOS update?

Emailed sky and was told they were working on it and should be done by Friday 25/02. Worked at first and now back to the oops screen again. Very frustrated as I use it regularly to check my data usage and enter the comps. Come on sky get your finger out please.
