Account not authorised for access to Mysky app

Hi, I am getting an error message saying my account is not authorised to access the MySky app. Have had access without issues until now and able to log in to Sky website etc.

Thank you for joining the Community Forum! 🙂

 

We had some issues with the My Sky app login during the morning hours, but that's been resolved by now.

 

If you still have authentication problem:

  • try to restart the device before logging in again. 
  • try to delete and re-install the My Sky app

If you still can't log in after trying these steps, please let me know!

My sky app

I can't access the My Sky app 

it says your account is not authorized to access the my sky app.It was working fine yesterday 

Ihave changed password deleted the app and redownloaded it

Mysky app

Im trying to log into my sky app but once ive entered user name and password it says my account isnt authorised. Please help

My account is not authorised to use the mysky app - what does this mean?

As above, all of a sudden I am not authorised to use the mysky app.  Website access works fine and it's not a password prob. I phoned today and no issues on my account.  Was told to delete and reinstall app and it would work but it doesn't.

Tried doing the above still can't access my account, need to roll data to children cause they've ran out (again). What's going on??
