Cannot access Sky football + on iphone

When I select a Sky football+ match on iPhone it says I need Sky sports to be able to view it but I already have the full Sky sports package?

If you are using the Sky Sports app at the time of day you will have to call Sky for help.

150 is the free number to use from a Sky Mobile or Sky Talk phone otherwise under "Need more help ?" link at the bottom of the page on this link is the number to call Sky on:
