Hi, it seems a lot of people are still having issues with access to the MySky app despite the indications that an earlier issue was likely the issue and had been resolved. Please can Sky look at this for the numerous people impacted?

Tried all options more than once, including calling sky about it this morning and was told there are no know issues! Please help.

Slightly annoyed that the separate thread I setup to break away from this thread got merged back in here.
This thread indicates this issue has been answered and therfore resolved when there is clearly still an issue for multiple people.

Got logged out of my sky app, now when I'm trying to log in it's saying my account is not authorised to access the app. I've deleted an reinstalled the app and still nothing

Take it sky don't give a crap about this then, not seen one reply from them!! Cancel direct debit then, see if that gets there attention!!

Until yesterday I could access the My sky App. Now when trying g to access this the screen says:- Your account is not authorised to access the My Sky App. I have deleted it and reinstalled but still u able to access it. The screen also at the bottom just says log out...
Please help me

We've escalated the issue to the support team and they are investigating the problem.
In the meantime you can use the sky.com website instead of the My Sky app as a workaround. Please let me know if the website is giving you the same error message.
