My Sky App

MySky App hasn't been working for a week now so unable to acces sky VIP and mobile bill etc. when i click on teh app i get a white screen and a twirling wheel like its trying to do something but nothing happens. I have deleted the app, turned my phone off and back on and downloaded the app again but it is still not working.

Hi, thanks for your message. The mysky app is still not working. I spoke to Sky on the telephone on Monday and they said there is an issue with a mast? However I don't see how that can affect the mysky app when my phone is connected to the wifi at home. The sky go app works  fine. As my mobile is a sky contract it's not just VIP reeards I can't access its also my phone account. I've deleted the app restarted the phone and reinstalled the app several times but no success. Any ideas would be appreciated.
