Sky Go Exta VIP Perk lost

Hi,

 

I've moved to Sky Stream and used to get Sky Go Extra as part of my VIP perks but this no longer appears to be active in my new account.

 

From a hunt through the online help it looks like someone needs to reactivate that on my new account, from me starting a thread here, if that could be arranged please.
