I can't access my Netflix account but can access strangers from a different country, there is 5 different accounts on my App

On what device is the Netflix app installed on, Sky Q, Sky Glass etc...

Sounds like your Netflix account has been hacked potentially.

Id suggest contacting Netflix support about this.
