Waiting 6 months for login due to postcode not recognised.

Cannot login to sky.com or mysky due to postcode not recognised. Continually escalation but nobody contacts you with updates or progress as promised by sky experts or back office staff.

Nearly 15 years continuous subscription and customer service is falling apart.

Update me today or you can cancel all products subscriptions.

You are only talking to other Sky customers on here so sadly we can't update you.

 

Unless you have posted on here previously under a different username this appears to be your first post on here so do you want to try the escalation route to Sky's messaging team if you haven't done this before ?
