Cannot login to sky.com or mysky due to postcode not recognised. Continually escalation but nobody contacts you with updates or progress as promised by sky experts or back office staff.
Nearly 15 years continuous subscription and customer service is falling apart.
Update me today or you can cancel all products subscriptions.
