Evening, I've had a nightmare of a day, my mobile which I have via Sky has stopped working today (won't charge) I'm trying to access the MySky app to look at replacing it but when I try to log on via my IPad also from Sky the not authorised message keeps coming up 😩

Are you logged in with the correct details, if you are are you using a VPN ?

Yes I've followed all the help videos and nothing has helped, need to find out why I can't access the MySky app on my iPad, keeps saying not authorised
