I have been trying to access the multi-court coverage of tennis for the last week, from my TV directly and also the Sky Sports App. I am able to access all the multi-court options from my TV, but when using the App no options are available. When I contact Sky, I am being told that you can only watch the main coverage via the app, and not the multi-court option. This is despite the fact that there is an advertisement on the Sky Tennis Channel that shows the exact steps to access the coverage on the app, and also the presenters on the main coverage repeatedly referring to the other matches that can be seen from the App. Is there any way to resolve this issue, as contacting Sky is not helping?

The issue is that when I do that I am never given an option of any other courts/matches.

I have just been told by Sky that the option is unavailable on certain android devices. Has anyone else experienced this issue?

Yes I have an iPhone and unable to see range of courts, it says video unavailable on the app. I also am unsure how to access the multi screen on the tv for the tennis channel? We are obviously subscribed to the tennis channel.

Could the reason I can't see where to access the multiscreens on the tv tennis channel be because we have a shy+HD box and not sky Q?

Multi court tennis coverage isn't available on Sky + due to it not supporting the technology being used. You need Sky Q or the Sky streaming platform to have access o the red button multi court coverage via the Sky Tennis channel.

Thankyou very much for the help. Been reading about sky Q and have just renewed subscription so hoping I can get at discounted cost!

You should be so lucky.... I have sky Q and can't access it either. It's such a bad service when compared with Amazon Prime whose coverage was intuitive and easy as pie, and a darned side cheaper.

I can access ok on Sky Q via red button but husband wanted to watch footie on TV last night. I wanted to watch the mens match which was available on red button but not on computer. As far as I could see I can't get court choice on computer, it looked like I would have pay again for Now unless I want to watch on little screen on phone. Terrible coverage Prime was much better

I really miss Amazon Prime. I can only get the main court on my tv and on my android tablet or phone.

Was this in an email or just verbal?
I run an Android tablet & Android phone, both had the multiscreen option until quite recently when the phone's Sky Sports app was updated to 10.123.0+442 and the options have been removed.
The app says to email apps@sky.uk but the replies thus far don't inspire any confidence.

@David2311 Do you have a subscription to the complete sky sports pack as this is now the minimum subscription required to access the multiple court choice

so how much will this cost? as it's expensive at 22.00 a month for Tennis, and we were promised all the matches now you change the rules!
