two step verification

i am trying to log in to my emails it comes up with set up two- step verification. its says enter your phone number but it automatically has +44 in and On trying wont let me change it to +34. 

i live in spain and have a spanish phone number i have check all personal details and they are correct.

so obviously i can not receive a code because the area code is wrong.

it does not give me an option to cancel the verifiation.

i have asked questions on the robot and got no where.  i need to access my emails????

Please help!

@nm556 best thing to do is contact Sky. They are aware of the issue with  non UK/ROI mobile numbers.

You could try using an app instead of logging into the Sky website, if you do select Yahoo as the provider.

i have googled to find a phone number with no joy  ive put  in customer services 

any other numbers?

What device do you use to access your emails on as it might contain an email app that you can use to setup to access your emails.

my lap top is far to old for that. my phone is ok but in spain you have a digital certificate on your laptop which is why i need to get to my email on that. i just need to ring sky!!
