Unable to reset Yahoo email password

Having been told that my Yahoo Sky email password is compronised I naturally want to change it ASAP.

24 hours on and neither Yahoo nor Sky allows me to do this.

1. Sky directs me to the MY DETAILS and "manage Sky ID" page where the link won't work (Chrome including Incognito) - Nothing happens stays on the same page. Used the Bot and that wont even recognise the question and shockingly useless.

2. Yahoo I tried the reset option and when I asked for a code to my phone, I didn't get one (maybe not registered) and when I select - try another way it says I had tried to many times (once) and try again tomorrow. 

Being calm here but actually VERY frustrated as this is a security issue abd shouldn't be that hard.

Sky eternally continues to provide a poop service.

@MartinSharpy can you not use the forgotten your password link on the login page here (after entering your Sky Yahoo Mail address): https://id.sky.com/skyemail/enter-password

Alternatively try closing all sky.com website and clearing your browser cache before trying the manage SkyID link. Or use a different browser

Who told you that?

Are you still able to log into your email account.

Just so you know, Yahoo can not help you with queries about your Sky|Yahoo account, so don't waste your time trying.
