my sky email is not sinc and when I contact/ try yahoo not available says come back in an hour

my sky email with yahoo has a red triangle with not sinc, I have tried to contact follow yahoo but all I get is come back in an hour this has been going on for a couple of days and ever since I contacted sky about about a new phone coitract
