Yesterday I updated my Sky password to try and access my TV account on-line.
Having done so my Outlook app on my phone stopped receiving mail. I can still see them on my PC but not the phone which is a Samsung. I tried to delete the e-mail account and reinstall the app but I am getting knowhere.
Every time I go to the log in screen I get a message saying it either will not authenticate or wait for a period of time, typically in excess of 40 mins and this goes around and around!

If other try these settings:
Incoming Mail (IMAP) Server
Server - imap.tools.sky.com
Port - 993
Requires SSL - Yes
Outgoing Mail (SMTP) Server
Server - smtp.tools.sky.com
Port - 465
Requires SSL - Yes
Requires authentication - Yes
Don't use your usual password but instead log in here and generate a 16 digit one and use that:

Hi thanks for this I have just tried this and I get a Log In error message.

I have now get the account reinstated on the app but it is not receiving e-mail!
