i want to set up a sky email account

Please can you help i have sky internet and sky q television and sky mobile i want to set up a email account

@Ann+bateman  I'm afraid Sky no longer provide new email accounts, you'll need to look for a free provider such as gmail or outlook.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
