cannot carry out any actions with e mail

i can sign in and see my inbox. message a tip of screen !your preferences can,t be loaded at the moment due to a temporary error. if i compose an e mail when i press send i get a warning triangle with an error occurred while sending the message.

i have tried to change passord and resolve security issue by setting up a recovery e mail. when i tried i get a ! something went wrong try again. i have also tried to delete e mail account and am not allowed

Have you tried clearing your web browsers cache and cookies then closed it down before loading it before trying again ?

Yes i have. i have also logged in from a different device. it seems i can view the sky/yahoo page . i can delete existing e mails. i cannot make any further actions. as i said i cannot even delete it
