not receiving some emails to computer or mobile- tried help but doesnt understand querry

how do I reinstate?

Go to Settings > More Settings > Security & Privacy and if you have blocked anything you can delete it.

Non receipt emails from most regular senders. Nither on mobile or PC

Having raised this error last week and talked to Sky experts(?) over many hours error continous dispite being assured last Friday all woul be well

Yes, never had any issue at all with Gmail and certainly not any like this.
