Myabe I inadvertantly blocked sender when celaring spam

how do I reinstate?

Go to Settings > More Settings > Security & Privacy and if you have blocked anything you can delete it.

Having raised this error last week and talked to Sky experts(?) over many hours error continous dispite being assured last Friday all woul be well

@Steve+P+B I've used Gmail for many years, and don't recall ever having an issue with it.

Yes, never had any issue at all with Gmail and certainly not any like this.
