You should be able to set a new email address for the recovery email (it won't be your Sky email) or change the security question.

however yahoo doesn't let me login and it send the security to the sky email still

That is a Sky webpage, nothing to do with Yahoo.

Ok, yes it let me login there and I have changed my backup email

still doesn't work to get my email though

It's really quite difficult to imagine just what is going on here.

Did this just start happening "out of the blue" or were you trying to change some settings before it started?

When you log in to https://www.sky.com/myaccount/my-details are you using the email address and password, and not your Sky ID?

Thanks for the offer, but I've never used teams. Would love to see just what happens though.
