Hi
I need help please as I have spent 3 hours on the phone to sku without sucess
- yahoo email box cannot sign in "Account problem': We aplooise for the invconvience plase contact xxxx
- goto sky.com "Account suspensed"
- reset password "unexpected error occured"
Phone sky they say no account on the system to unlock the account. I dont have any sky subscriptions and my account is old.
I need my emails back, please help

2 days ago - then its stopped working, I then reset my password and it stopped working again

Im having the same problem and when I called the number they said they couldn't do anything about it and I will no longer have access to my emails!

Like I said, I gave up... spent far too long on the phone... which in the end sky gave up and gave the solution l "create a new mailbox"

You might well have been better off seeking advice here. Previous posts suggest that Sky Yahoo Mail isn't well understood by the customer service advisers. Oh well....

Here is my issue
I can login to sky.com, I have change my password too.
when I click on yahoo email.
it askes me to login to yahoo email, then sends a special phrase to the email that I. Am trying to login to
