Unable to reset my Sky Yahoo password.

Since problems this week I have tried to reset my Sky Yahoo password.

All I get despite inputting all correct information is a page saying "Access Denied".

Is anyone else having the same problems ?

Are you seeing the access denied message via this link:

https://skyid.sky.com/resetpassword/

If so try clearing your browsers cache and cookies then close down the browser before loading it up and trying again. If this doesn't work try a different browser works to see if that works for you.

What is happening and where are you having these issues, with the email app on your iphone or when you login to Sky.com ?

If you're using your iphone's built-in Mail app, there have been intermittent problems for months with it. You might want to consider using the Outlook or GMail apps instead until Apple get round to fixing the Mail app/.
