Some emails saying "Unable to load message"

Hi,

This morning I wanted to review a couple of email threads from a few weeks ago (It's late July at time of writing and the most recent message I want to review was received in May).

All four messages in this thread sent/received during May are giving me the same message, "We were unable to load this message" <Retry>.

Older messages to and from the same account are OK. These four messages are not even listed on my phone's email app.

Any ideas? They're important!

Chris

@Chris+Neal can you see these messages if you log in to the email server here: https://www.sky.com/signin/email

If not, they're no longer available to download to the app you're using.

@Chris+Neal

Are you able to temporarily move these messages out of where they are (inbox ?) to another folder to see if they will then open ?

Re: Some emails saying "Unable to load message"

Thanks @Mark39 and @caesarome for your suggestions.

I just went back in to try them out (using the url Mark provided) and the messages now appear normally.

I guess it's fixed itself 🙂
