I am not able to acces my eamils becuase you now have to enter a verification code thats sent to your phone. Unfortunately my phone number has changed sinc ehtis change has been made. How can i update my details ?

Although you don't have the phone did you make a note of the recovery code you were sent when you set this up because if you did then you can use this to get access to your account as it will turn this off thus allowing you to set this up again with your new phone number.
If you don't have access to this then you will have to contact Sky and ask then to deactivate this for you. Do note that there is a 21 day turn around on doing this so do not let the adviser wrongly tell you to go to Yahoo as they will not be able to help.

If not, you'll have to contact Sky, I'm afraid and they'll turn it off for you after 21 days.
