I can't change my password as I no longer have the mobile number connected to my sky email account

Find out moreAlthough you don't have the phone did you make a note of the recovery code you were sent when you set this up because if you did then you can use this to get access to your account as it will turn this off thus allowing you to set this up again with your new phone number.
If you don't have access to this then you will have to contact Sky and ask then to deactivate this for you. Do note that there is a 21 day turn around on doing this so do not let the adviser wrongly tell you to go to Yahoo as they will not be able to help.

Did you set up 2 step login for Sky Yahoo Mail (a Verification Code texted to you every time you log in)? Or is this for a password reset code?
