Surname spelt incorrectly on email address

I messaged on here previously about my surname suddenly being spelt wrong when I sent an email. Serveral people kindly gave me the advice to go to the settings option within the desktop yahoo/sky email and change the name on my account which I did and it worked, however suddenly its doing it again and this time when I check the same place in the settings it is already spelling my name correctly so I'm not sure how to stop it showing my incorrect surname. I have checked and emails sent using a laptop are ok, but emails sent using my iphone (15 pro) have the wrong name. Any help would be gratefully recevied!

@jennifet 

How are you accessing your emails on your iphone, do you use the Yahoo email app, the outlook email app, the standard app on the phone or do you login to the Sky website ?
