Unable to access email account when abroad

I was on holiday in Malaysia recently and when I tried to access my sky yahoo account I got an Access Denied notice saying I did not have permission to do so on this server.  Can someone please advice  how I can get access as I will be going back to Malaysia shortly?

It appears that when abroad Yahoo does block connections like this from time to time so you might need to find a way to get in touch with Sky support, perhaps via social media and links to which are at the bottom of the page:
