Someone has requested a new pin

Hi I've received an email yesterday from sky only checked this morning on emails the email has said I've requested a new pin which hasn't been me

Is this the pin to access your Sky emails (where you have posted) or something like the pin required to access age restricted content via your TV package ?

 

If the former I would change your login password:

https://skyid.sky.com/resetpassword/

 

Then make sure your account has not been accessed so go to Settings (the screw icon on the right hand side) > More Settings > Filters and remove anything that you did not setup.

 

Then go to Settings > More Settings > Mailboxes > Your email address > Reply-to address

 

And again remove anything here that you did not setup.
