Hi.
I have changed my mobile number and can't get accress to my email.
Please can you help me. I phone sky and they said" to call Yahoo".
I called Yahoo which they are charging for the calls and said to call sky.
Please help me. I need access to my sky email (Yahoo).

If that doesn't who then you will need to turn this off first so that you can then set it up again with your new number.
When you signed up to 2FA you were given a recovery code so if you didn't make a note of it then check the email you were also sent.
To turn off 2FA sign in with the recovery code so at the login select "can't sign in with the code" link. You'll then be asked for the recovery code.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Tazel don't waste your time (and money) contacting Yahoo. It's Sky's 2 step verification process. Yahoo use something quite different and won't be able to help with Sky's processes.

Did you have any success? My daughter has changed her mobile and didn't save the recovery code. Her fault I know but struggling to get sky to change the mobile number on account. They say they can do it but the department never answering calls when they try.
