I have tried resetting the password and deleting / reloading the account but it doesn't work. The Sky / Yahoo system repeatedly asks me to ID myself, takes me through security and then says neither username nor password are recognised. Can still pick up emails on my PC (Outlook) but still very frustrating. All my family have lost access to their emails.

Hi, our iPhones no longer pick up emails whether on Wi-Fi or mobile data. I've tried deleting and re-adding the account but Yahoo doesn't recognise the Sky ID. I also can't even log into sky for the same reason.

It is very strange that all the accounts are not working.

OK thanks I'll try that. But I also can't log in to the Sky website as it's not recognising my user name or password!

That is unlikely as the different email addresses have no real relation to each other, and if there was a problem with the Yahoo service we would have a lot more complaints on here.

Then try the same thing with one of the other accounts.
