I can login into my account without any issues but I can't receive emails from my daughter, Tesco to confirm shopping, Ticket Master to confirm tickets, Activities that I've booked, I can't even send myself an email. I still recieved lots from other companies, only been happening for the last two weeks or so.
would appreciate any help.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreHave you chcked that all these missing emails haven't ended up in your bin/trash folder, if not make sure no filters have been set up on your account.
